Is the debt saddled with a large pre-pay penalty?

However, many start with good intentions and end up later with a lot of saddles debt.I view the HELOC similarly.  

But since another business I was involved in shut down this past July I've been itching to get back in the saddle, so to speak.

Just think of this in terms of saddling yourself with a debt obligation and having to put a lot down.

The goal would be to take any proceeds from that sale and roll it into another property that doesn't saddle you with debt that leaves no room for other leveraged investments. 

I'd love to connect with some  successful flippers in the area and see what works for them and if there is a mutually beneficial partner or partners that are willing to saddle up and make some money. 

If the tenant goes belly-up or also "can't sell the business", you don't want to be saddled with the cost of getting them out of there. 

Some of the guys also wore (queen sized) women's tights to prevent the pinching of their thigh skin against their saddles :)

Putting the system in place is great, but its kind of like buying the saddle before you buy the horse.
