Kansas City Investors/mentors

Hey Bigger Pockets!

My name is Jake, I just got back to the Kansas City area after having success flipping under a mentor up in Oregon. I am in the process of getting my own license, so I'm essentially looking for people in the KC area who have experience and wouldn't mind sharing their stories, tips and tricks.

My main niche is BRRR but then also don't shy away form wholesaling (which is why I'm obtaining a license). I really like the flipping business and want to move up to multi family housing. But being away for a few years has put me "out of the loop". I'd love to connect with some successful flippers in the area and see what works for them and if there is a mutually beneficial partner or partners that are willing to saddle up and make some money.

I'm 110% committed to this because I hate desk/cooperate jobs, love money, and have no problem working around the clock when there are deals to be found and made!

Thanks guys and good luck hunting!
