@Veronica Thomas I have them sign off on a checklist through docusign that has a check-in / check-out column (fans dusted, floors mopped, self-cleaning oven cleaned, shelf out fridge cleaning, microwave inside clean, toliet scrubbed inside and out, cabinets crumb free, no chemicals/furniture/toliet brushes/brooms left on premise, no large garbage items on street curb, etc, etc) .

I'd recommend you try again using chemicals.

To clean the floor  we used 3 stages of chemical treatment and enzyme treatment .

Other things they look at is emergency lights, loose railings, chipped paint, cracked walkways that may be a trip hazzard, self closing self locking doors, fire retardant paint on wood panel hallways just to name a few.. 

The chemicals used then to treat the block basement walls are way beyond banned now.

Plumber said adding chemicals to a well is illegal.
