It is generally a bad time to find a tenant (holidays coming up) but you might have some luck in that the supply of housing is probably very low in the city now.

Interesting, maybe a "payment holiday" on next year's taxes for the amount people have paid over what they would have otherwise been required to pay  with the errant assessments.

Europe has much more relaxed drinking standards than the US.
