I have three months left of grad school for physical therapy (limited knowledge of real estate), and plan on starting travel therapy when I graduate, using my house hack as a rental property while I travel.

I am currently working in the Tampa area as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and i'm very excited to have found BP.

It may not do any good, but the action was good therapy. 

My family of 6 annual cost (premium+deductible) for ALL dental, doctor, chiropractor, physical therapy, medication, eye, etc runs between $30k-$40k.
