Hello Everyone,

Thanks for taking your time to read and learn about me. I am currently working in the Tampa area as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and i'm very excited to have found BP. I am very new to real estate, however my parent have recently ventured into short term rentals, so I have a close resource, however I do not have a experience mentor. My experience as a Physical Therapist having a mentor is crucial to personal development, and being a mentor is very rewarding. Now I have progressed in life and I am seeking to build relationships with experience REI! I'm hoping to create a mutually beneficial relationship and one that flourishes and creates many opportunities.

I have set the personal goal to buy my first property by next summer (after my wedding in January) and house hack it!  How exciting (for both!)

I am hoping to continue learning in regards to many things, however areas I feel the need to build are

  1. -Identifying a great multi family
  2. -The process of meeting and creating relationships with contractors to rehab
  3. -How the heck do I make the best bang for my buck with rehab
  4. -I have many other areas to work on and will be around on BP forum

Thank you everyone for taking the time to read,

Kyle Bumpers
