All that happens is a demand that you press 1 if you speak english, if you don't a loud noise will eventually go off after many repeated demands to press 1, then it will disconnect. 

And even if not passed, there have been some less than positive press on funds to acquire large numbers of SFR in certain markets, and local governments are becoming less accepting of them.

And in every instance, there has always been that 1 tenant instigator, who not only presses the line but same time is talking smack to all other tenants getting all riled up.

I think you need to ask some hard questions and press for some real answers, and be ready to get brutal with it.

No need to worry about crappy particle or press board problems, as they are plywood construction.

@Landon Kohlrusch You'll be hard pressed to find any reviews for his partnership program or RE fund. 

Normally you can find a press release.  

If you cancel Cozy while owing them money (which is what is happening in this situation) I'm not sure how far they would press you for payment.
