She tapped out after a couple of seasons, but I lasted 8 years and was fortunate enough to have played in China, Qatar, Italy, Greece, France and 3 seasons in Istanbul.  

It is also a very safe city - the neighbouring town of Amherstburg was actually rated the safest town in Canada! 

My brother currently lives in Cranberry Township and couldn't give less of a damn for the future of this area.I moved here from Athens, Greece, another doomed, dying city.

Summer is lower but that's also when summer break happens and not everybody can afford a trip to Greece for 2 weeks.

This was in an environment where LA County unemployment was around 12% and there were media comparisons between CA and Greece and so forth. 

I haven’t tried this personally, but I have seen some emergency cleaning service in Oakville using it for my neighbour’s home.

While our laws are different than our neighbours to the south, discrimination over ethnicity (curry) could land you in front of a human rights tribunal.

Hi Noah,I can share a bit of my experience with you since I'm doing something kind of similar and I have a vaguely similar background, banking in emerging markets (in particular but not exclusively Latin America), which included emerging markets risk analysis.While I could invest in land because a) it is very speculative, b) it doesn't produce any cash flows, c) you cannot borrow against it and d) this is not were the money is.Instead, I buy condos well below market value to rent them short term in countries like Mexico, Panama, Colombia, Brazil, Spain, Portugal or Greece.

I would talk to the landlord and inform him that you will be calling the police on all issues related to the neighbour and have their cars towed if found parked on your property.

My existing tenants are extremely grateful that I only choose the best fit/like minded  applicants when it comes to their neighbours.
