I have a few e-mail addresses of new Aussie friends and gave the BP site to many.

After spending all day dodging junk mail, junk e-mail, junk texts, and junk phone calls I have very little energy left for junk BP posts!

I get the temptation to chill, but every time I think about slowing down, I remind myself of the future I want to create—for my family, for the people I’ll help through partnerships, and for the communities I’ll impact. 

And I love the reminder about the miners, forgot about that, SO TRUE! 

It's like a common reminder I am always verbalizing with new investors.

The police had diffused the situation, had reminded them that damaging property is illegal and they were on their way.

Great reminder for all to start tax planning! 

And when you do have a list is cold calling the best way to reach owners as direct mail would most likely go to their tenants and not the owner if not occupying the property?

@Katharina Bormann in my experience they don't like those official looking letters in the mail so make sure you do that and also have a cost associated with unresolved issues like trash in your lease. 

This was hilarious and reminds me of a NYC apartment, not a multi in Ohio - (they put the shower in the living room, and you can't open the oven all the way in the kitchen, absolutely ridiculous).I will look on a map to see where Troy is and see if there are any meetups near you.
