Then move these emails into labels (folders) per each address. 

That being said, it's important to be cautious of known brand/marketers mostly; oftentimes, they come with a lot of unnecessary overhead and just white-label their services out to other CPAs.

That is true for many chronically understaffed county governments.

The thing with condos, if you label them that way, is that you still own the land.

I move my property listings emails to a folder in my Gmail account that I labeled Property Listings, Potential Buyers etc. 

Keep in mind however, that most conventional loans will have a one-year clause that requires a property to be owner-occupied for the first year after it is purchased (that is, if your current conventional loan was taken out as against an owner-occupied property, and not on an investment-labeled property).

Otherwise, the property would be labeled a "Lead House" even after doing all the interim control (unless an abatement) and it has to be disclosed wherever it'll be sold.  

 I use Expensify to track my expenses and the app allows you to snap a photo, categorize, and label expenses and then you can just send your accountant (or yourself) an expense report at the end of the year.
