We actually sold one of the 5 acres however it had a 20 thousand sq ft Butler metal building and we sold that to someone in the Wine business actually for Champagne Ridling machines he had invented.

However, maybe selling to capture that equity can help you on your bigger multi-family investing endeavors. 

I am trying to decide if this is a worthwhile endeavor.

I want to learn how to get better at it and be more successful in my endeavors.
