It's not demanding physical labor but it is definitely hard work.It also requires a lot of persistence since it takes a lot of regular effort, over a decent amount of time (months) to find an actual deal, and to be able to sort through all the lumps of coal to find that diamond deal.It also requires emotional fortitude of a kind, because it can be crushing to think you have a deal only to have it fall through.

Being your in the military I’d bet you’d do well and have the fortitude and self discipline required in stressful situations .if you invest in a b class neighborhood it won’t be too bad .

I don't believe either Presidential candidate has the fortitude to do what's necessary to fix the problem, as that would involve admitting that we're screwed short-term and that a lot of people (both rich and poor) would have to make some major life changes.One side refuses to impact the poor; one side refuses to impact the rich.

If he wants to sue you, let HIM WAIT until the courts are open, LET HIM find a lawyer, LET HIM fill out forms, LET HIM file a lawsuit against YOU, and LET HIM wait for months and months and months and see how long and frustrating the process is, if he has the patience and fortitude
