The issue is that the lease may have had to have been created prior to the borrower receiving notice of the property began the foreclosure process Assuming that when sold at TS it isn't sold to an end occupant, which you would know by being a tenant during the TS period.

You get PO at Verizon and leave for ATT and break their stupid  contract so verizon goes after you. 

They also appear unable to drop to ATT phones as my partner and his wife only showed 4 missed calls and a blank voicemail.
