and are not required to follow the EPA RRP guidelines. https://www.epa.gov/lead/renovation-repair-and-pai...but as landlords they have to distribute the pamphlets and disclosure statement. https://www.epa.gov/lead/real-estate-disclosure#pr...but based on what @Julie Dillon posted, these are replacement windows and the only " flashing" detail that the manufacturer may require is that they are caulked in. just sounds like this Inspector is being a real PIA.

Some don't even use it during our fairly mild winters and it ends up being a PIA dealing with the gas company for a reconnect.

It was often a good experience, but we did have one PIA tenant and struggled to cover the mortgage when it was empty.

Yes, it sucks to pay off a PIA ex and reward her bad behavior, but in the end it may be the cheapest, fastest route.
