Unmarried couple - ex won't sign quitclaim - house in foreclosure

I have a client where he is co-owner of a home in Arizona with his ex-girlfriend. They have split, and he want to resume payments on the house. Ex-gf is living there and has not kept up with payments. House is going to go into foreclosure and she won't sign quitclaim and she has started moving her things. Can my client get an order to make her sign a quitclaim?
