I think if you are willing to get out there and just be "you", you will find that the world of real estate is a pretty accepting place, and under this big tent you will find people from every walk of life - introverts and extroverts alike.

You basically can reach out to commercial brokerages, developers, architects,real estate agents alike and anyone interested in the area and property.

With a 1031 exchange, you use the sale proceeds immediately to by a "like-kind" property (for example, another house).

No I was not a gambler in the strict sense, I never lost a dime in the slot machines there.

I was turned on to the podcast by a like minded friend and hopefully future partner.

Not a likely successful outcome to this one.

There's another group also, called Speculators (read: gamblers).Why WOULDN'T Banks target these two groups of golden geese?

Creating not just a long term rental but managing a vacation rental is something that many people choose to do with homes and condos alike.
