Hello All!

My name is Jake, I just wanted to take a minute to intro myself here. I was turned on to the podcast by a like minded friend and hopefully future partner. Through the podcast discovered the forums now here I am. I live in the eastern panhandle of West Virginia more specifically Hedgesville, and for now this is my main area of focus for investing. I work a full time job, own a home, and one mobile home rental property. Im here looking for advice on being a more successful landlord, information on flipping properties, and right now specifically tax lien purchases and back tax properties. Thanks to all in advance!
