I just feel kind of lost still because I work a 9-5 job that I don't enjoy and am no longer learning in and would rather use that time learning more about real estate investing, etc.

The reason we are investment agnostic is so that we can always try to help you shape a plan that works best for you and not be swayed by personal interest of earning things like commissions.Ending on this note in regard to the value of coaching, I think this is a great book about it for anyone who enjoys reading.

I want to be somewhere I will enjoy but also somewhere that’ll be a good investment for either short term rentals or long term rentals in the future. 

I have been a Union carpenter for four years now and enjoy working physical labor.

But if you automate your rent collection and buy a property with the right tenants it becomes enjoyable. 

However, I enjoy the more operational side of flips and would like to grow my business out of state to increase flipping volume and have less competition in finding deals.
