For the kitchen radiator, it depends on if it's steam or gravity. if it's gravity, then you may be able to add a circulation pump and put a standard fin radiator behind a lattice kick plate (use the same pipes).

The volume of water in two half inch lines is only slightly less than in a single 3/4 inch line.If you want to save water, install a recirculation system that keeps the lines filled with hot water by circulating it in a loop between the fixtures and the water heater.
