I had an old childhood friend named Ilir and haven't heard that name since.

I also operate a web design/digital marketing company that help produce extra income.Currently, I live in my childhood home with my family (wife and two kids - I am 30 years old).

It’s my childhood home and was given to me if I would pay for rehab. 

I'm 29 and I have a lovely bride who is 28.

So I reached out to my cousin who explained to me that our Childhood friend Anthony LOLLI has a real estate company called RAPID REALTY and their making some serious money renting apartments, he invited me down to the offfice which I now ironicly own but at the time it was the 1st and only Rapid Realty office, I took one look inside and I was In Love!!

You could have parents co-sign the lease for a little added security.I'm in Dennis Port for the same reason, I spent a lot my childhood summers there.

It just kind of sucks for my girlfriend, as her dad wasn't exactly around most her childhood, and didn't do a whole lot financially ever for her,  but they did connect some here the last couple years. 

I manage everything myself, with employees ive brought on, I help others with buy and hold acquisition .....coincidentally, ive seen your name on some listings and thought my childhood friends mother was a real estate agent.

id like to help this person above , who clearly suffers from know it all disease (frequently diagnosed, usually originating from childhood insecurity) with reality....defensiveness at the audacity of being challenged much?

She absolutely loves where she spent her childhood and wants to raise our children there...so I must keep her happy and move back.
