I've been listening to the podcast and reading the site for quite some time, and never introduced myself. I'm from Catonsville, MD (near Baltimore). I own just one rental so far, have done 2 rehabs with partners, about 10-12 wholesale deals so far. My main source of income is an auction associate with Auction Brokers. I also am a licensed agent. Looking forward to connection with the BP community!
