Calculator for BRRRR and others
Hello!
When using the BRRRR calculator I am trying to run the numbers, and others. The calculator will not let me put $0 on the loan amount/acquisition cost. Lowest it will let me do is 1$. Any way around this or is this something BiggerPockets could look into adding in? Or is this not a thing you would bother running the numbers if you bought a house for $0? This would be perfect for inherited homes and for properties passed down.
Thank you!
