Hey Bugger Pockets Community,I just finished reading Brandon Turner's book on investing with little to no money down (amazing book btw) and I am interested in knowing what are people's experience with MLO's and seller financing.

Trey, I've found Dave Lindahl's books on multifamily investing to be very good.  

My husband was paying our bookkeeper $450/month to do our books (for a small number of properties!!)

I am not finding much material online or a book to study from.

When they book it just be close to that price.

I don't do instant booking and chat with each and every guest.

East Garfield Park has proximity to Blue and Green Line, and is just west of UC and Fulton Market.

The majority of homes in Cape Coral sustained some type of damage.  3 months after the hurricane, there were still blue tarps everywhere, debris at curbsides, fences and boat docks down, etc. 

I have read and am currently reading books on real estate and real estate investing.Following my readings up to date, I am considering house hacking for my first deal in real estate.

Rent is decently expensive, but whenever I booked the stay, the owner mentioned he was trying to sell the unit.
