These past few years the burglaries has risen, especially with the homeless and addicts stealing the tenants bicycles which you can pretty much find down beside their tents they set up in the city park or beside the creek here. 

I'm sure there are also products out there that are of little value that can produce cash even day, month or year (bicycles, tools, etc) .

Also, Williamson county also has a nice habit of building underpasses for the trails when they cross major roads.Oh, and I have three bicycle shops within a mile of my house.

I played all of them when I was driving, bicycling, walking, cooking, shopping....

The gentleman who had owned it prior collected everything and the yard was full, including more than 70 lawnmowers, over 120 bicycles (not kidding), and an interior that was almost as bad.

There is always a level of risk, but the size of that is risk is managed by the knowledge a person has of the market and their personal skills.I am not sure how familiar you are with the specific area that Luke is looking at, but there are young people riding bicycles to tech jobs, young women rollerskating through the neighborhood with Beats headphones on, and trendy little hipster bars and restaurants popping up nearby.

You're relatively close to the Denver Bicycle Cafe where the monthly BP meetup is held, and virtually right on top of the John Fisher's Breakfast club meeting.
