Hi BP, is anyone familiar with the rental market at Georgetown neighborhood in South Bend, Indiana?

Many companies file this more often but they are bending the rules.- If we use an RIA (registered investment advisor) it adds a layer of insulation if we were to get sued but it also adds a "mouth to feed".

My loans have all been in the Chicago area or in South Bend, IN, but I am guessing thy would be similar to what you are looking at in KC. 

I tried bending them back into place, but they just sprung back out again.

I can't believe we were trying to be so nice and bend backwards for them and pretty much almost settled for "nothing".

It's very easy to get caught up in emotions and bend those rules if the desire to do a deal is strong and you are just starting out.
