Hi BP, is anyone familiar with the rental market at Georgetown neighborhood in South Bend, Indiana? We are currently looking to purchase a property here between 170K-200K and live in it for the first year and rent it for the second to fourth year. Need some insight on the amount of monthly rental we could expect for a 3B/2B SFR in Georgetown neighborhood. What's the demand like?
