I guess so they could tell Chris (who seemed to be travelling all the time) they were still working.I met with the original contractor, the one that had told me to come to Spokane, and he explained that he had slowed down the work because he wasn’t getting paid on time.

In markets like Chicago or Baltimore, where there is not much new construction, we will see rents rise faster than inflation. 2) 2026 will see new multifamily deliveries slow to closer to historical lows, though not quite as low as what we saw in the great recession.
