HOWEVER, if the neighbor is 💯 aware of the way his behavior (that is directly related to his brain cancer) is affecting his neighbors, he's discussed said issues with the offended neighbors, and he REFUSES to get treatment/cognitive behavioral therapy etc and will not attempt to do anything to curb the dispute btwn himself and the neighbors, he can and should be evicted.

However, due to the house being zoned in an agricultural area it can only be a legal 2 family with a "storefront" as it currently is as a salon, yoga studio, massage, etc. - Therefore I ran below market #'s for commercial space. - I'm just wondering what some of you might do.
