HOWEVER, if the neighbor is 💯 aware of the way his behavior (that is directly related to his brain cancer) is affecting his neighbors, he's discussed said issues with the offended neighbors, and he REFUSES to get treatment/cognitive behavioral therapy etc and will not attempt to do anything to curb the dispute btwn himself and the neighbors, he can and should be evicted.

Another idea we had was to rent out the basement space to a local yoga teacher or something of the sort.
