I did physics undergrad so I guess I should have done Mech E if you have enough free time to take on REI lol :-P 

A little about myself...I first started to work by maintaining my family's apartment buildings at the age of 10 and continued until I went to undergrad.

I graduated from undergrad in Dec 2005, got right to work with a Fortune 400 new home builder in Jan 2006 and learned about new home construction for about 8 months.

However, I went back to school and finished my undergrad and then went on to get a Masters in International Real Estate.

Luckly, I graduated debt free and so did he for his undergrad (he is currently taking out loans to pay for med school).

I'm a Louisville grad (undergrad and grad) and a die-hard Cardinal fan!

My Dad lived in Janesville and I went to Beloit College for undergrad.  

I have been focusing on cities in and around New Orleans such as Westwego, Gretna, and even Hammond which is where I attended Southeastern Louisiana University for undergrad.

I currently reside in Atlanta as stated in the Subject, as well as multiple other places most likely, and I also happen to be a undergrad in College.As of right now I have only one major goal involving Real Estate, which is to become Financially Independent by the time I reach the age of 30.

I used my GI Bill to finish my undergrad but I have struggled to find a career I am passionate about and motivated to go to everyday.
