Newbie from New Orleans
Hello everyone!!! After months of reading blogs and listening to podcasts, I finally decided to take that first step and introduce myself *wipes forehead*. My name is Angelique and I'm from New Orleans (well really this city called Harvey, but it's literally right by it). I am a full-time worker in the healthcare research industry and a part-time home baker. Weird right? I am looking to get into real estate with either the buy and hold or flipping strategy. I have been focusing on cities in and around New Orleans such as Westwego, Gretna, and even Hammond which is where I attended Southeastern Louisiana University for undergrad. Since I've constantly read that a newbie will never truly be ready no matter how much they read, I figure that now would be an awesome time to begin!!!!
Signed,
A Nervous Newbie From New Orleans
Angelique :)
