I'm definitely the "play it safe" type, which is why the buy-and-hold strategy appeals to me, and because this is all new to me I want to "start off slow", but I am open to hearing thoughts on other options I could consider as well.Put simply, if you were in my shoes, what would you do with that capital and now with one property under your name (if buy-and-hold is the most appealing strategy to you)?

Making your own clothes is not free because you have to buy the materials.Walking to work is not free because you had to buy shoes to put on your feet right?

Unless you're on the beach, i'd avoid the flip flops and board shorts, but Also I think most people get defenisve or put off by suits when they are knocking on someones door, so Business Casual, collard shirt if that is something you'd wear or a Clean- Non Graphic T (unless you had your own made), clean cut dark denim jeans -- and some clean shoes

My struggle is the prospect of potentially giving up control, having the choices of team memebrs made by this company for example.Obviously, at the point where I see the potential members of the team to not be suitable anymore, I can definitely look for others, but i'm still finding it to be uncomfortable.What do you guys think of potentially partnering with this type of company, and what would you do if you were in my shoes?
