I'm finishing renovations on a studio apartment (under another unit in a multi-family) in the next few days and am trying to decide on what strategy to use to rent it.

It can be a very good market, but the why behind your choice may help us give you better advice on how to move forward.Before realtors and property managers, you really need to meet other investors so you are making a good move by trying to do that here, but it would be better if you could do it in person.

However, I was trying to think what is a good way to go with it. 

I am a real estate agent trying to make new connections that is looking into property investing in the future. 

I currently use Followupboss, prop stream, I alternate between calltools and mojo, I've also tried smarter contactIm looking for a CRM that incorporates all of this but Im not paying a crazy amount.  

Trying to “focus” on multiple markets at once is kinda an oxymoron—by definition, you’re not really focusing.

Working this backwards, what I see is a 3rd party trying to benefit from another’s house via rental cashflow, My only business is 30+ years as probate estate and trust lending in CA.

I am trying to tabulate Business that may have higher depreciation but yet help me build wealth in form of real estate or potential customers for variety of services. 

For the moment though, I am just trying to gain a more robust understanding of all things real estate that I could reasonably see in my future.  

I'm not sure I'd want to go past 10 STRs ever and I'm trying to decide if it's worth Co-Hosting or just save up for the next one.
