Did you find any prior knowledge (tenant screening) of pets moving in?

I don't **** with cash payers. 4 Units are currently vacant, being screened for tenants.

It would be a lot easier to discuss over the phone haha.

These platforms typically have billing policies where you pay a per unit fee per month to the software and you get regular updates and support each month.There are a number of low-cost platforms available that are able to offer you a lower price by passing along some of the costs to your tenants (payment processing fees, applications, tenant screening, etc).

Borrowers should always shop around, especially in the hard money space where it is so easy to quickly get preliminary terms over the phone.

It seems like location would be especially critical with pad-split (and similar systems), but I’d love to hear your thoughts on what to watch out for in terms of zoning, safety, or demand.Also, I’ve traditionally rented out units the regular way, so I’m curious how screening tenants works for you with the pad-split (and similar) model.

If they don't know how to screen and get the horrible tenant, they apply it to all.
