Better to spend that on some sort of marketing to kick start your wholesaling business.

Possible that these developments will kick start additional redevelopnent in these areas, but this probably makes more sense for very large projects like converting an old warehouse into upscale condos (as many have done downtown over the last few years).

Skip tracing phone numbers in my target area and hiring a cold caller to call my direct mail list helped kickstart my direct mail campaigns. 

(Now it did kickstart us and got us in gear) However, I learned more by networking and reading different real estate books.

But maybe I'm being unfair...Becoming a real estate agent is certainly on my to-do list...I think my impatience stems from some of the success stories I've read on BiggerPockets - people working menial jobs but managing to buy that first place, kick-starting their RE careers.

Hey everyone, I recently took out some equity ($50,000) to kick start my real estate investing venture.

I hope each of you have had an amazing kick start to your 2016! 

I've decided to get my real estate license within the next few months to kick start my learning even more and get some experience with the markets and try to make some money that way to build an account for investing.  

It may not be for everybody but for some, like myself, it was the kickstart that lead me eventually to BP where I've learned more than I ever though possible.
