In the MLS a property is being advertised by a realtor, but the description says "Non representation listing please call owner direct".

I live in a smaller suburb inside Memphis called Bartlett; It has a great community and amazing schools.

I would call those contractors and ask the same thing about this property as you did those other two guys.
