Would it surprise you to know a great deal of title search and examination is done in the Philippines and India? 

@Chris Clothier  Seems like a perfect job to out source to India. 😀   Actually I like that keeps you in front of your client and you could let them know about something special that came up etc.

I have experience investing in real esate in India, but don't have much to show in terms of real estate experience in the US.
