Corp or personal guarantees?

I understand the difference between titles held in Fideicomiso vs. a corporate entity, and the confusing “restricted zones” but, if I were speaking to investors unfamiliar with Mexico, how can I assure them their investments will be safe?

If I fail to spend all my money before I die, she will inherit the high credit, corporate backed NNN properties I developed/repurposed over the last 15 years.

I work way harder as an agent as I did in my 18 years in my past corporate jobs, but I love it way more and am 100% engaged in the work and my clients' successes.

Ziad, do you have any experience with a US corporation owned 100% by non US people?

Start with a business organizations/corporate attorney. 

Not to say an attorney will be able to pierce the corporate veil, but they will certainly try, anyways.I am an Ohio resident, and I did my own and my wife's directly though the secretary of state.  

As our portfolio grew, we were intentional about keeping our profile personal rather than corporate.

Personally, I think the USA would be better off with European-style gun control.
