There are so many variables and market changes etc. in real estate that if you are pursuing some panacea in real estate proficiency, I doubt you will ever start investing. 

If your friend is proficient in software he should quickly absorb the training needed to bill the correct codes.

The professionals and experts who are proficient in their work can give you confidence about their work which gives a guarantee about all types of repair jobs.

I consider myself handy, but by no means proficient in major repairs.

HiI am new to this forum, and apologies if this question is in the wrong placeBackground -My friends are setting up a Real Estate Fund, they are the real estate experts with proficient experience in Commercial Acquisition and Fund Investment whereas I am not (I am an experienced residential property landlord).  

After doing some research to see how properties are assessed, zoned, and many other variables in your county of interest, you will be able to down load multi family properties (for example) with great proficiency and accuracy but it will not happen in a 10 minute session. 

Also, any mortgage brokers proficient in making a 203K fix up loan or a US Rural Housing loan (purchasing land & building new) proceed smoothly for my clients?
