Hi all!

I am very excit d to have found this site! I have talked about real life state for 20 years, but kept making excuses why I needed to wait. Well 2016 is here and I am done waiting!!! 

I am 41 years old, and live in a little suburb outside of Birmingham. I am married with two children. I have been to a few seminars, visited the local RIA- and probably listened to 1000 podcast, which is what let me here. I am looking to mainly buy and hold. Would like to do a rehab or two, just to learn all I can about houses and construction. I consider myself handy, but by no means proficient in major repairs. I really think my passion might be to try and get into the vacation rental side of things. This would be later on, when I can be more hands on.
