I took on some (good debt) zero% interest rate from credit card promo offers and utilized it on a prior deal which the money isn't due intil end of March next year but it really kills my ratios.This will be my first cash purchase and I Am looking forward to not having to answer to those pesky underwriters!

If you end up going modular, which still shows up on wheels but is then lifted off the chassis and placed on a stem-wall or basement, you receive a deed and not a motor vehicle title.As a matter of fact, the Clayton dealer* in your town is running a trade-in promo...good company (larger backer..owned by Berkshire Hathaway).

Anyway even if there are no good promos available say you had did $8,500 (assuming you buy the appliances as I said above) and had to pay a 4% transaction fee and 29% interest for about 6 months, that should be less than $1,600 total in fees and interest without paying it down at all.I'd spend $1,600 to raise my potential score on the deal by over $20K!
