International Investors

Hello. I am an Agent in the Detroit area and I am looking for some resources. I have local investors that flip to international investors. I have had a few conversations with new potential Int-Investors but no close business relationships at the moment. What would be the best way to truly reach out to them. My investors are using my resources in R.E., rehabs, property management etc. Trulia/Zillow are good but it can get overwhelming if you don't have assistance. Weeding through the leads for serious buyers/sellers is a job in itself. I have no problems with local and out of state clients but I need to be directly connected to other countries. Any suggestions?
