I’ll also add that one of the great things about investing in the mountains of NH is that it is truly a 3 (maybe 3.5) season market: classic New England-class ice skiing in the winter, great 4K peak hiking in the summer, and world-class leaf-peeping in the fall.

As for Stanford, Google, Facebook, etc. contributing to housing in the Bay Area, its a fig leaf at best ;) A- the left leaning municipalities trust corporate efforts about as far as they can throw them.
