I'll be working all day today (and it's my wife's birthday, so my evening is spoken for) but I should be off work in the early afternoon tomorrow. 

A banker can go on a fishing trip, he can take a birthday gift but there needs to be a personal relationship more than a business relationship.

That being said, I would digest as much info on BP between now and your 18th birthday, and make sure you have someone well versed/experienced in real estate review your deal before you make your first few purchases.Sebastian

Hello Everyone,My name is Mckenzy and I am a 26 year old (My birthday's today!!).

Shortly after my 21st birthday I opened my 1st dollar store then by the time I was 23 I had 2 dollar stores and also had acquired a laundromat rebuild that business and sold it.

Might I add that it is a TON of work just to close or sell off a business.As I mentioned before we built our first house when I was only 19, I think I was actually 18 but signed the paperwork right around my 19th birthday.
