Hi Chris, I attended a rental property workshop through my local REI group and the speaker recommended interviewing several real estate heavy commercial banks to refinance your initial loan on a rental property.

That's why I put together a 2-day workshop on "How to Exist in Real Estate and Never Pay (another) guru for a seminar".I kid, and down to business:  start with house hacking (if you can), or adding value to a rental property investor (if you can't house hack). 

I also saw your workshop, but I feel Its too early for me to understand that kind of detail.

I just came back from a 3 day workshop learning the basics of the REI business.

I came across BP after I did a search on a workshop I will be attending at the end of August.

I have spent the majority of my time researching the Internet about REI, reading books on the subject, and attending seminars/workshops/ and REIA meetings.

And I am so happy to have found a community of people doing the same thing (and not charging all the crazy workshop fees).
