Hello everyone,

My name is Ludmila, I'm brand new to real state investing and new to BP!

I came across BP after I did a search on a workshop I will be attending at the end of August. I'm interested in wholesaling and flipping houses. 

I welcome any and all advices and I'm open to networking with other investors from Los Angeles or any other state! Thank you!
