All of the LLC's are in my name except for one which is in her name, but she is vice-president of the c-corp.Should I have all of the income generated by the c-corp be paid to her so that her income becomes more attractive to lenders?

But I just found out the president of the HOA said this person hasn't paid his HOA dues for 5 years so around $5K and is now filing an HOA lien against him.I'm under the impression that the deal won't close until the lien is resolved, but the seller thinks he doesn't need to pay the HOA fees because he bought the apartment before the HOA was set up.Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
