Just wanted to know what a big time player like yourself did to go from zero to 50 plus.

Since this is the developing thread, do I have it right that you want to somehow acquire land and then attract the major players to build upon that land?

We've seen a huge run up since the recession, but I think the Fed will be a big player in where our markets go.

Marching band begins at 6:30 am, that doesn't mean some drummer or trumpet player isn't "warming up" practicing before they begin!

There have been a lot of unconventional players jump into the market causing prices to drive higher. 

Make sure that the deals you do include the key players that you depend on.

Casual players often get their asses handed to them.

What you're trying to really look for is who are the players?
