Invoicing ACH payment cost have increased 10 fold. 

There are tools from ACH, Venmo, PayPal, PayNearMe, etc..

This software has some hidden fees in ACH transfers, which are charged to the property manager for every ACH transfer a total of $.50 and could be more depending on the days it takes to transfer.

I just discovered this, looks like its free for landlords to use, ACH check payments don't cost the tenant anything, credit and debit transactions do.  

You can use ACH.

If I remember correctly, ACH payments took about 3-5 days to process.  

Use Cozy.co strictly to collect rents online, as they offer debit card, credit card (fee charged to tenant) and ACH collections.

It does all of our tenant management, ACH payments, database on properties AND the book keeping.

I currently use ACH but will switch over to zelle as I go. 

I'm being advised by the business credit card service that I should be able use a site such as Plastiq or Melio to make a ACH transfer into an escrow account, that would then be used as proof of funds for the hard money lender.
