How are you tackling all these tasks?

I have never tackled a project like this.

Count me in, I am looking to tackle a larger project this year.

I KNEW that property was worth in its current condition 100K EASILY but I told him I would have to pass and only ended up buying the other house in the not as great area because I was scared about the overall condition of the first house and I didn't know what other huge problems might have been lurking that I wouldn't have been financially prepared to tackle during the renovation. 

Rent is $950 next door, how much money should we keep in an account specifically to tackle evictions like this?

However, does anyone have any advice as to whether or not I should just tackle these loans as fast as possible or consider stockpiling money (while making minimum payments on loans) to launch myself right into REI?

Would you tackle this kind of project on your first deal?

I have preliminary building plans but have struggled with even the thought of tackling a construction loan.  

Maybe once I get more experience/better network/more cash I can think about tackling one of these.Thanks @Andrew Johnson - that's a good point.
