What we do value is hardy landscaping, good outdoor living areas (covered seating, outdoor kitchens, firepits, etc), pools, and lots of natural light in the house :-)Costs are going to vary tremendously depending on size of your lot and house you intend to build.

Look to see how many 5 star reviews they have on their properties, look to see if they have outdoor cameras or sound sensors etc. to notify them of parties.

Is the bondo made for outdoors that is exposed to the weather?  

Still in the planning stage, but I will be using my training/experience as a forester, love of the outdoors, and recent intern session at Earthship Biotecture, to find rural property to develop into small home development, including some off-the-grid homes; maybe some Airbnb options, trails, enhanced natural features.

Enjoy the outdoor shower, private beach sand, hammock, outdoor built-in grill with range and mini fridge, outdoor gazebo with TV entertainment, and much more... 3 bedrooms | 3 bathrooms STR.

The general idea is that there are plenty of arenas and facilities that cater to both hockey and figure skating, but usually the hockey ends up overshadowing and pushing out the figure skating on ice time etc...So in the interest of niches make riches....it will be an arena with no hockey (I'm playing with the idea of allowing hockey on an outdoor skating surface...think OG pond hockey with trash cans)All that to ask and put out there into the BP universe if anyone has any experience developing ice rinks, refurbishing them, or operating them, I'd love to connect and learn more about the process and share the vision in more detail. cheers!
